• Manage onboarding and compliance documentation for all new hires and placements (Collect Background Check & Drug Screen results, complete pre-employment verifications & submit to compliance) • Manage weekly payroll and timekeeping accuracy, resolving discrepancies promptly • Manage and submit incident and accident reporting processes per company and regulatory requirements • Monitor safety compliance and support internal and external audits • Coordinate with Recruiters and Commercial Managers on service delivery and dispatch, ensuring the highest possible fill rate • Carry out the strategy to retain drivers and other TF Assigned Personnel • Maintain dispatch schedules and confirm worker assignments • Process and track drug testing, background checks, and credential verification • Manage no-call/no-show situations and arrange replacement coverage • Ensure all operational processes align with Central Operations standards • Provide operational metrics and reporting to the Area Director • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of operations, HR, or administrative experience in staffing or related industries
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with compliance-heavy processes
