• Provides client satisfaction through accurate benefit configuration design and set up, including consultation and collaboration with external clients, brokers and internal business partners • Plan maintenance and benefit change requests for existing clients, including updates annually to member cost share and accumulators • Manages the pre-assessment of benefit change requests by performing research to ensure plan configuration will meet client specifications, providing options for meeting the client intent • Utilize the RxClaim operating system to design, build and maintain client plans and components • End-to-end testing and validation of plans to ensure plan benefits meet client specifications • Ability to determine and prioritize client needs to ensure all change requests meet client deadlines • Research and provide feedback for claim-related inquiries • Participate in external auditor reviews, including claim research • Training current team members and any new hires • Ability to work additional hours as workload dictates • Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and experience
- Proficiency in RxClaim adjudication platform, including experience in PBM benefit design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills and client relationship management
- Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate deliverables
- Ability to manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deadlines
- Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients and co-workers and work in a team environment
- Strong Analytical skills

Role Description K18, Inc. is looking for an Inventory Control Costing Analyst. The role will be part of the Supply Chain and Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director of Planning. The Analyst will be responsible for overall inventory management, accuracy, variance explanations, and costing among all warehouse locations including 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers. This role is highly detail-oriented in nature, and the ideal candidate must be able to work and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Cross-functional teamwork includes regular communications with Finance, Sales, Contract Manufacturers, as well as our 3PL partners. The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, be a self-starter, and have the ability to wear many hats. - Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity among all warehouse locations including 3PL, contract manufacturers, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers by managing timely transactions and regular reconciliation process (monthly, quarterly, annually) - Manage P&L impacting inventory general ledger accounts to tie out discrepancies and explain variances within them on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Develop, implement, and monitor cycle counts, annual physical inventory process, and disposal documentation at 3PL warehouse and all locations where K18 owned inventory is present - Reconcile and report on inventory levels, aging reports, and yields from inventory activities to drive accuracy on consumption for open to buy activities and inventory health - Ensure item information (e.g. part numbers, cost, price, etc.) is accurate within internal systems/documents - Ensure streamlined communications and sharing of information with external auditors as requested during annual Audit Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related discipline - 3-5 years of work experience in Inventory Management preferably in beauty or personal care consumer packaged goods industry - Working knowledge of Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning and Manufacturing - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and must be comfortable working with large data sets - Experienced with ERP/MRP systems, Parabola, and WMS platforms are a plus Requirements - Ability to translate analysis results to clear conclusions and decision points for any level of audience - Excellent communication skills, and must be detail oriented - Self-starter who will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment - Critical thinking and ability to propose solutions for roadblocks and competing priorities - Experience with startups, high growth businesses is a plus Benefits - Ability to work in a remote/home office and ability to travel for offsite events - Salary Range: Enter 85,000-110,000k (in USD $)
