• Provides client satisfaction through accurate benefit configuration design and set up, including consultation and collaboration with external clients, brokers and internal business partners • Plan maintenance and benefit change requests for existing clients, including updates annually to member cost share and accumulators • Manages the pre-assessment of benefit change requests by performing research to ensure plan configuration will meet client specifications, providing options for meeting the client intent • Utilize the RxClaim operating system to design, build and maintain client plans and components • End-to-end testing and validation of plans to ensure plan benefits meet client specifications • Ability to determine and prioritize client needs to ensure all change requests meet client deadlines • Research and provide feedback for claim-related inquiries • Participate in external auditor reviews, including claim research • Training current team members and any new hires • Ability to work additional hours as workload dictates • Additional duties as assigned
• Create prescription orders following all pharmacy procedures and guidelines and accurately interpret and enter prescription information into prescription processing system • Perform standard pharmacy functions in compliance with established procedures. • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. • Verify patient identity using date of birth, address, and other identifiers before initiating orders. • Ensure that prescription details are accurate and complete prior to processing. • Complete and update patient profiles • Adhere to and support all company policies and procedures. • Conduct a PD3Q quality check before finalizing and submitting orders. • Perform additional duties as assigned
• Develops on-going knowledge of WellDyne’s varied data sources and structures to independently take in business requirements, design and execute on requests. • Models and tracks pharmacy savings on a monthly basis and makes recommendations, as needed. • Supports WellDyne’s need to support Employer Groups and Sales by collaborating on RFP’s to grow business. Assists in the bidding process to maintain current groups and potentially gain new business. This includes but not limited to re-pricing of claims, savings estimate, etc. • Supports with claims submissions to various rebate vendors. Helps analyze competing offers on drug rebate to determine best deal. • Participates in problem-solving and investigation, analyses, special projects and research projects as requested • Assists in identifying cost containment and quality improvement opportunities and makes recommendations to customers for further analysis opportunities. • Researches, identifies, reviews and evaluates emerging trends that occur in the pharmacy industry. • Organizes and prioritizes tasks, proposes work assignments so as to successfully complete projects in a timely manner. • Manages multiple projects with competing deadlines to successful completion. • Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures. • Collect, analyze, and interpret pharmacy data; • Develop awareness of pharmacy plan design, cost factors and the renewal process; • Evaluate managed pharmacy programs and prepare reports on findings; • Participate in client meetings to advise on data issues and address pharmacy questions; • Participate in a variety of special projects such as benchmarking and contract analyses; • Support clients with various pharmacy issues and projects; • Provide consultative analyses and RFP data to support membership growth and retention • Conduct trend driver analyses, outcomes reporting and benchmarking to support trend management and forecast • Develop reports to support efficient operations and regulatory requirements • Develop pharmacy data, reporting methods and tools to facilitate pharmacy program and business strategy planning • Utilizes programming software to efficiently develop process or tools to analyze relevant data from various sources and interprets and presents analytic results for all ad hoc and ongoing reporting requests. • Serves as pharmacy data liaison to key stakeholder areas and supports business and strategic project planning and implementation. • Develops innovative analyses and reports using understanding of the business need for information. • Conducts independent analysis of high complexity under minimal supervision and guidance. • Performs other functions as assigned by management.

• Primary responsibility is the day-to-day management of clinical programs, maintaining database and process to schedule and support patients, and deliver against program design. • Assist with clinical disease management through care plans. • Telephonic patient assessments or health coaching for chronic diseases. • Support patient and prescriber engagement for clinical program initiatives. • Assist with clinical and operational demands of other business units in the company as needed. • Educate providers on claims and benefit procedures. • Assist in the development of reports supporting the work and outcomes on behalf of patients and clients. • Proficiency in literature review and formulating comprehensive responses to drug information questions or needs. • Assist with establishing policies, procedures, and internal processes. • Conduct drug utilization reviews and interventions. • Assist in developing and operationalizing clinical programs as guided by Manager of Clinical Programs. • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and patient consultations on drug therapy. • Collaborate with other clinical program staff (eg nurses, health coaches) to help optimize population management and coordination of care through both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic patient guidance. • Communicate with patients and providers, including outbound calls. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. • Operate in accordance and complies with all Federal and State pharmacy rules and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Owns outcomes, development, piloting and deployment of new clinical programs • Identifying gaps in change management, roles, workflow, and systems needed to achieve the WM/Clinical Programs short and long term goals • Prepare and present materials for meetings with Clients, Client Services and Clinical Operations Leadership Team, as required and as requested • Oversees WellManaged/Clinical Programs Team to ensure training and processes are appropriate and being followed • Assists in the development of instructional material for use in diabetes educational programs (includes objectives, content, editing, design, printing and distribution) • Creates and follows specific curriculum developed for diabetes/other education • Creates clinical coverage guidelines for diabetic/other medications • Coordinates and assists with inter-departmental training and development • Answers drug information questions as requested • Works closely with client team, providers, pharmacies, and members to resolve any questions or issues involving diabetes care • Support and maintain program operational metrics and outcomes reporting • Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards, while maintaining a good attendance record • Respects and maintains confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA • Follows and aids in enforcement of all company policies and procedures • Provides periodic consultation with practitioners in the field • Consults with account management team to provide clinical and benefit design recommendations
• Perform client-specific underwriting, financial modeling, and data analysis to support new business, renewals, and strategic pricing initiatives. • Analyze historical pharmacy claims data to identify utilization trends, cost drivers, pricing anomalies, and financial risks. • Prepare financial analyses and provide consultative pricing support for current and prospective clients, including responding to RFP financial requests and supporting proposals and negotiations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Finance, Proposal, Legal, and PBM Operations to align pricing strategy with business objectives. • Ensure pricing activities comply with PBM regulations, internal pricing policies, and data governance standards. • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing tools, models, processes, and analytical workflows. • Provide guidance, review, and informal mentorship to junior pricing analysts. • Participate in department and company initiatives and projects. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Lead all rebate operations, rebate financial management, client rebate administration, and rebate reporting activities. • Develop and execute strategies to maximize rebate value, profitability, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. • Establish, grow, and oversee WellDyne's rebate aggregation business, including product strategy, implementation, market expansion, and business development activities. • Oversee rebate forecasting, financial analysis, accrual support, and reporting to ensure accurate financial performance measurement and support Finance and Accounting decision-making. • Ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and distribution of rebate payments in accordance with client contractual obligations. • Direct the preparation, review, and submission of all required federal, state, client, and regulatory rebate reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and contractual requirements. • Provide strategic leadership regarding rebate client contracting, formulary opportunities, rebate program design, and regulatory developments impacting rebate performance. • Partner with Legal and Compliance to review and develop rebate-related contract language, ensuring operational feasibility and mitigation of organizational risk. • Direct relationships with rebate vendors, aggregators, and other strategic business partners. • Partner with Sales, Pricing, Client Audit, and Client Services to support new business opportunities, client presentations and reporting, RFP responses, pricing analyses, client audits, and growth initiatives. • Lead, develop, and mentor the rebate management team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations regarding rebate performance, growth opportunities, industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.

• Utilize SQL and MS Excel to provide all required front-end and back-end analytics to support new business and renewal bids. • Ability to work in a team environment that deals with short deadlines and a high volume of requests. • Modify existing SQL queries to accommodate changing requirements and ad-hoc requests. • Identify and document the needs of multiple stakeholders. • Seek opportunities to improve modeling, analysis, and reporting processes. • Participate in ad-hoc department and company projects. • Support functional & organizational initiatives as required. • Follows all policies and procedures related to the job. • Additional duties as assigned.
