To bring fearless innovation forward and push boundaries past where we thought they could go.  Position Overview K18 is seeking a  detail-oriented and proactive Paid Media Specialist to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of our paid media efforts across DTC and Amazon channels. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative and comfortable managing data while also contributing to campaign strategy and testing. Key Responsibilities - Own weekly and monthly reporting across paid channels for DTC + Amazon, delivering clear insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization - Support creative concepting and testing initiatives, including developing hypotheses, briefing assets, and analyzing results - Proactively ideate and execute testing strategies across paid social channels, including ad format experimentation, audience and keyword targeting strategies, and platform-specific opportunities that drive incremental performance - Manage creative project workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver assets on time - Execute ad trafficking across paid channels including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, CTV, Amazon, etc. ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule - Monitor campaign performance and assist in ongoing optimizations to improve efficiency and scale - Stay up to date on platform trends, new features, and best practices to continuously evolve our paid media approach Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field - Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and Amazon advertising is a plus - Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Creative thinker with an interest in testing and experimentation - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Salary Range: up to $90,000 (in USD $) This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Role Description K18 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Marketplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing 3P Amazon business across the U.S., Canada, UK, and EU. This role will focus on executional tasks related to listing management, reporting, inventory coordination, and cross-functional support. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities: - Marketplace Operations Support: - Assist in managing daily operations of Amazon Seller Central across US, CA, UK, and EU marketplaces. - Support listing creation and updates, including NIS forms, PDP content changes, and product uploads. - Upload inbound order tracking information and documentation to Seller Central. - Monitor inventory levels and support coordination with supply chain and warehouse teams to help prevent stockouts or overstock. - Process and submit Amazon US and CA inbound orders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth receiving. - Reporting & Analysis: - Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. - Track key KPIs including sales, conversion, and buy box win rate. - Surface actionable insights to the Senior Manager for ongoing optimization. - Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Act as the daily point of contact with the external Amazon agency on executional tasks (e.g., catalog troubleshooting, purchase order quantity approvals, etc.). - Support project management and follow-ups on ad hoc agency requests. - Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align on content uploads, promotional plans, and inventory movements. - Content & Affiliate Program Coordination: - Assist in auditing Amazon Storefront and A+ Content pages for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines. - Upload updated assets and product detail content to Seller Central as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or Amazon Seller Central preferred. - Basic understanding of Amazon operations and account structures. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment. Position Overview The Global PR Coordinator will act as a close partner to the Global Communications lead, supporting the execution, coordination, and insight-gathering that powers K18’s global PR, partnerships, and storytelling efforts. This role is both operational and collaborative — helping manage day-to-day PR needs while serving as a trusted right hand to ensure larger strategic initiatives run smoothly.
