Qualifications - Experience building or scaling a consultancy, advisory practice, or internal function focused on AI/technology adoption. - A track record of tying technical initiatives to measurable business outcomes, not just technical delivery. - Comfort operating as both an architect and a hands-on builder — you can design a solution and help stand it up, not just present a deck. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Working knowledge of modern AI/LLM tooling sufficient to have credible technical conversations with engineers and IT partners. This position will lead the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and intelligent automation solutions that enhance enterprise software engineering, testing, DevSecOps, and IT operations.
