Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and ship product features end to end across Air’s web platform. You’ll own every step of the development lifecycle—requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and iteration—while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and fellow engineers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating clarity from ambiguity, and can flex between frontend and backend codebases, this role is for you. - Deliver Product Features End to End - Collaborate with Product and Design to break down ambiguous problems into clear requirements and thoughtful technical decisions. - Own the entire development cycle, from ideation to deployment - across our React/Node stack. - Contribute to Engineering Excellence - Participate in on-call rotations, tech-spec reviews, and code reviews. - Continuously improve engineering practices, suggesting and delivering enhancements across both frontend and backend codebases. - Help grow the team by interviewing and mentoring engineers. - Operate with Speed and Clarity - Drive projects forward in a high-velocity, resource-constrained environment where requirements may be lightly defined. - Proactively create clarity, seek support from stakeholders, and occasionally wear a product hat to keep initiatives moving. - Build Across the Stack - Work fluidly across frontend and backend technologies, including React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Vercel, and modern tooling. - Design APIs, architect data models, and implement UI components that scale. - Provide Technical Leadership - Offer thoughtful feedback on technical designs and code reviews. - Advocate for high-quality technical decisions and best practices, helping to set the standard for Air’s engineering culture. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries) with significant exposure to both frontend and backend systems. - Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and common modern dev tooling. - Experience deploying and maintaining production web applications at scale. - You like to work in public, own problems end-to-end, and move with intentional speed - so your best ideas ship fast and make a visible dent. - Everyone at Air plays to win, says the hard thing, and progresses every day while building genuine relationships. This role combines website development, CRM integration, and workflow automation using tools like Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper AI, and GitHub Copilot. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless lead capture, automating outreach, and scaling our growth. Key Responsibilities - Website Development & Optimization - Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for ecommerce or SaaS campaigns. - Collaborate with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to generate code, content, and customer-facing assets. - Ensure sites are optimized for conversions, SEO, and mobile performance. - CRM Integration & Automation - Connect websites to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). - Design and implement n8n workflows to automate lead capture, pipeline updates, and customer communications. - Maintain data integrity and compliance with GDPR/PDPA standards. - Customer Outreach & Growth - Automate personalized outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp Business, or LinkedIn. - Use AI-driven content generation tools (Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Writer) to craft compelling customer engagement messages. - Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach workflows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. - Provide technical support and training on automation tools.
