About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong ecommerce or SaaS experience to design, build, and optimize digital customer journeys. This role combines website development, CRM integration, and workflow automation using tools like Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper AI, and GitHub Copilot. You’ll play a key role in creating seamless lead capture, automating outreach, and scaling our growth. Key Responsibilities - Website Development & Optimization - Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for ecommerce or SaaS campaigns. - Collaborate with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to generate code, content, and customer-facing assets. - Ensure sites are optimized for conversions, SEO, and mobile performance. - CRM Integration & Automation - Connect websites to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). - Design and implement n8n workflows to automate lead capture, pipeline updates, and customer communications. - Maintain data integrity and compliance with GDPR/PDPA standards. - Customer Outreach & Growth - Automate personalized outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp Business, or LinkedIn. - Use AI-driven content generation tools (Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Writer) to craft compelling customer engagement messages. - Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach workflows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals. - Provide technical support and training on automation tools.

• Take ownership of the full-stack development process, from designing backend APIs to implementing the frontend components that will consume them • Create lasting impact by building and continuously improving our Python and Java-based microservices • Work with fellow engineering team members to collaboratively create and refine technical designs and solutions • Collaborate with key partners including data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists • Follow and promote best practices during all phases of software development, adhering to the highest quality and security standards • Drive continuous technical improvement for our platforms and tooling

• Own and deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end, from problem definition and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration • Build and improve platform primitives for service teams to deploy and debug their services • Improve observability and operational readiness to detect issues early and reduce recovery time • Identify and implement cost and performance improvements across cloud infrastructure • Work closely with Security to implement practical security controls • Participate in on-call rotation and improve monitoring and alerting

Role Description This role involves working as a Senior/Staff or Principal SoC Design Verification Engineer. - Develop test plans, writing testbenches and tests, and debugging any bugs found with the RTL team - Develop and execute verification plans for digital designs using SystemVerilog and UVM - Create and maintain testbenches, test cases, and test vectors - Contribute to the development of novel methodologies and verification techniques - Lead technical projects and mentorship of junior team members - Run simulations to verify design against specifications.
