• Design and implement new features across the stack (Node.js, ReactJS, and React Native), with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and real user value, shaping APIs and GraphQL contracts as part of the feature design process. • Spend the majority of your time in your area of deep expertise, while regularly contributing across the web app, the backend, and the mobile app — picking up features, smaller tasks, and code reviews wherever they're needed. • Build and evolve backend services and APIs (REST and GraphQL) that power our platform. Focus on reliability, maintainability, and clean integrations with frontend applications and third-party services. • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into practical, well-scoped technical solutions. • Contribute to Engineering Requirement Documents (ERDs) that define data models, API contracts, and integration points before implementation begins. • Write clean, readable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared standards around quality, testing, and maintainability. Improve existing systems where it provides clear product or developer value. • Take responsibility for the features you build. Identify issues or gaps, propose improvements, and iterate based on feedback. You're comfortable working with some ambiguity and adapting as requirements evolve. • Break down product requirements into data models, GraphQL types, and component structure before writing implementation code.

• Develop backend endpoints for the SmartEarn API integration as the primary day-to-day focus. • Test and stage the integration against the VDX sandbox environment. • Implement and monitor purchase and reward status lifecycles, including Pending, Approved, Refunded and Cancelled states. • Calculate reward values using commission-split data. • Implement real-time transaction tracking, reward status management and user notification flows. • Develop and maintain backend APIs and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript. • Periodically support the user-facing rewards interface using React Native. • Contribute to occasional full-stack development work on the Next.js Business Portal. • Design scalable solutions that support reconciliation and idempotent processing of financial and transactional data. • Work autonomously, fill gaps and deliver effectively where formal processes or documentation are limited. • Architect end-to-end product solutions rather than only executing predefined tickets. • Support frequent deployments, typically every one to two days, while maintaining the thoroughness required for financial and transactional logic.

• Design core AdManager features for campaign setup, reporting, and creatives management • Ship complex advertiser-facing initiatives from conception through production • Own initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision • Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical plans • Partner with product managers and engineers to define delivery milestones • Build advertiser-facing interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript • Design scalable APIs, services, and database schemas for advertiser workflows • Maintain backend systems on PostgreSQL that support reporting and campaign data • Apply rigorous testing and code review practices across the codebase • Instrument new features with monitoring, logging, and alerting before launch • Debug and resolve production issues for systems you build • Contribute to incident response and postmortems with clear ownership • Improve codebase conventions and developer experience beyond assigned tickets • Identify better technical solutions for advertiser workflow problems • Challenge weak assumptions with pragmatic, data-backed alternatives • Use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery • Uphold a high bar for correctness across a shared codebase

• Own the React Native mobile experience for millions of crypto users across iOS and Android • Join a small, cross-functional Experiences squad (4–6 engineers, PM, and design) where your decisions ship fast and your impact is visible • Build across new product pillars as we expand our offering • Architect and develop new and existing products and features. • Work with Product Managers to come up with the best solutions and implementation plans for new features or changes to existing ones. • Collaborate with other product teams to deliver and improve customer facing features. • Contribute to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations. • Integrate and work closely with external service providers to ensure smooth operation. • Maintain and improve our existing codebase. • Write fully tested, high quality and performant code. • Work in close partnership with designers, product thinkers, and customers, to impact the lives of millions of users.
