Marketing Specialist

• Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, including email list owners and media buyers • Support onboarding, set up, and documentation of new affiliate partners • Help maintain clear communication regarding caps, budgets, and performance expectations • Monitor daily affiliate lead volume, pacing, and performance metrics • Track spend against approved budgets and flag discrepancies • Assist with reporting using platforms such as Everflow, Invoca, Power BI, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel • Support review of incoming leads to ensure alignment with quality and compliance standards • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) to resolve questions or discrepancies • Maintain organized records of partner communications, performance notes, and reporting • Assist in preparing performance summaries and internal updates • Support process improvements that increase efficiency and reporting accuracy • Collect and maintain archive of ad and landing page creative and links used by partners for compliance purposes

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in direct to consumer marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience or familiarity with Everflow, Invoca, and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, basic analytics)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and performance data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
