The choice is yours! The salary for this role is $95,000 annually. Key Responsibilities: - Performance Measurement - Implement SMB standard systems for tracking and measuring client progress, holding them accountable to goals. - Review and analyze KPIs metrics regularly, adjusting strategies as needed. - Client Engagement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Conduct assessments to identify ongoing client needs and objectives. - Facilitate monthly calls with clients. - SMB Coaching Program Implementation - Guide clients through the SMB process (Coaching Method Manual), including Vivid Vision, People, Financials,Ā Data, Issues, Process components. - Train leadership teams on tools. - Strategic Coaching - Provide ongoing business coaching to clients, helping them set and achieve their strategic goals and ROI on coaching fees.Ā - Assist clients in developing actionable plans and KPIs for success. - Offer insights and best practices to improve organizational performance. - Market Insights - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Share relevant insights and knowledge with clients and the coaching team. - Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, coaching development and fractional teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients, aiming for the best possible results.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (3+ years preferred) as Operations Manager or Director
- Familiarity with behavioral assessments such as DISC, Kolbe, and others.
- Experience working in a quarterly business cadence (goal setting, kpiās, etc)
- Experience in hiring/firing
- Experience managing a budget
- Skills

- Sound understanding of financial principles.

Role Description This key position will represent Global Epidemiology across functional teams for translational research, business development, pipeline and commercialized programs. - Responsible for epidemiology strategy and leadership among cross-functional project teams. - Generate epidemiology data to support clinical development and regulatory filings. - Provide consultation as an internal subject matter authority in epidemiology to other departments. - Research activities can include generation and analysis of evidence around incidence, prevalence, morbidity and mortality. - Collaboratively lead the discussion and implementation of modern and innovative epidemiological approaches. - Lead epidemiological assessments using existing bodies of evidence and generating data where they do not exist. - Assist with relevant epidemiological and outcomes research, statistical analysis plans, and analysis output as requested across programs.
