Role Description Gainwell is seeking a Module Delivery Lead, responsible for leading a development team and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of Pharmacy product solutions. This role is essential to supporting a diverse and growing client base and managing multiple Pharmacy solutions, including Point of Sale, Prior Authorization, Online Portal, and Preferred Drug List. The environment is fast‑paced and dynamic, requiring effective leadership across production support, upgrades, and new implementations. - Execute offshore expansion, drive and own module labor transformation - Accountable to make and meet 100% of delivery commitments - Drive operational cost efficiency of a module (both onshore/offshore) - Manage module labor and non-labor financial forecast, monthly variance analysis - Monitor delivery flow and execute mitigation actions to get back on track - Own quality and compliance to Definition of Done and documented standards - Create and execute delivery plan for urgent change requests, defects, rally Subject Matter Experts and Architects to swarm on solution - Own module on-call rosters / coverage to meet implementation and account needs - Align development plans to implementation timelines and contracts - Module point of contact for implementation & account escalations - Responsible for performance management, coaching and talent coverage plan - Manage escalated issues and requests from stakeholders (i.e., establish a solid communication channel between the development team and the implementation team) Qualifications - 15+ years of IT management experience - Scrum‑certified in at least one role (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master) - Demonstrates a positive, energetic leadership style - Highly adaptable and effective in fast‑changing environments - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present at an executive level Requirements - This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position. - Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week). - Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment. - Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting. - New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date. - Company provided computer for work use. - For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. - Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired. - This position will remain posted to take applications until March 31, 2026. Job Requirements
