About the role Our Client Solutions team is the front line for finding the right experts for our clients. As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be directly responsible for growing our network and scaling our impact by connecting our clients to the right subject matter experts, who will then share their knowledge through qualitative interviews. This role is fast-paced and no day is the same. You will need to be hard-working, flexible, with strong client-facing communication skills. You will be part of creating and improving processes to help us do better work every day. You will work alongside our product and engineering team to translate client feedback into product improvements. We are looking for candidates that are excited to face the successes and challenges of growing a business and developing a loyal base of users. What you'll do Though no day is the same as a CSA, you can expect the job to involve: - Client-Expert Connections: You'll identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track the progress of these connections to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. - Project Creation & Ownership: Manage your clients’ research projects, from understanding their goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts for them. Recruiting experts involves using our internal network and external channels like social media, meticulously reviewing professional profiles, reaching out to potential experts, and strategically matching them to specific project requirements. - Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to 1) drive successful research for our clients and 2) ensure our network has only high-quality, engaged experts. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams continuously refine the Office Hours online platform. Your frontline experience will provide critical input for user experience improvements. This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving projects. Pay Transparency Notice: Full-time offers include base salary, equity, and benefits US-based pay range: The total target compensation for this role* ranges from $78k to $97k, comprising a base salary of $72k to $88k plus an uncapped performance bonus. Final compensation is determined by experience and skill level. *This role is posted across two levels, Client Solutions Associate and Senior Client Solutions Associate. Your title and compensation will be set based on your experience and demonstrated skills during the interview process. This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 2-3 times per week.
