About the role Our Client Solutions team is the front line for finding the right experts for our clients. As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be directly responsible for growing our network and scaling our impact by connecting our clients to the right subject matter experts, who will then share their knowledge through qualitative interviews. This role is fast-paced and no day is the same. You will need to be hard-working, flexible, with strong client-facing communication skills. You will be part of creating and improving processes to help us do better work every day. You will work alongside our product and engineering team to translate client feedback into product improvements. What you'll do Though no day is the same as a CSA, you can expect the job to involve: - Client-Expert Connections: You'll identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track the progress of these connections to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. - Project Creation & Ownership: Manage your clients’ research projects, from understanding their goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts for them. Recruiting experts involves using our internal network and external channels like social media, meticulously reviewing professional profiles, reaching out to potential experts, and strategically matching them to specific project requirements. - Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to 1) drive successful research for our clients and 2) ensure our network has only high-quality, engaged experts. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams continuously refine the Office Hours online platform. Your frontline experience will provide critical input for user experience improvements. Pay Transparency Notice: Full-time offers include base salary, equity, and benefits US-based pay range: The total target compensation for this role* ranges from $78k to $97k, comprising a base salary of $72k to $88k plus an uncapped performance bonus. Final compensation is determined by experience and skill level. *This role is posted across two levels, Client Solutions Associate and Senior Client Solutions Associate. • Own and shape our iOS app end to end: architecture, state, navigation, offline, and App Store delivery • Design and build polished, high-craft user experiences in Swift and SwiftUI, in close partnership with design and product • Make foundational technical decisions early, and re-architect where it's the right call, to set the app up to scale • Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly, raising both velocity and quality • Partner with product and design leadership to take early versions of the app to production and beyond • Help establish the standards, tooling, and practices for mobile as we grow the team

• Own the infrastructure and platform that power our marketplace • Keep systems reliable, observable, secure, and easy to operate • Manage cloud and cluster configuration with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps • Ship through GitHub Actions and GitOps with automated build and test • Perform SAST/DAST scanning and secrets management • Own metrics, logs, and traces across various platforms • Operate data systems such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Hit and exceed quarterly TCV targets • Consistently close new business that meets or exceeds the quarterly Total Contract Value (TCV) quota, generating predictable revenue growth for the company. Own your number end to end and forecast it accurately. • Acquire new logos by identifying qualified opportunities, executing strong sales processes, and converting trials or pilots into long-term contracts. Land the first deal in a way that sets up expansion down the line. • Identify each key customer's priorities by reading their published benchmarks, papers, and research, then reach out with the specific topical areas they're focused on, land meetings with the right teams, and sell new work that maps to their roadmap. Turn a single engagement into a growing, multi-workstream relationship. • Develop durable relationships with research, data, and post-training leaders at frontier labs and healthcare and pharma corporates. Represent Office Hours as a category leader in expert data for health and life sciences.

• Own the design, implementation, and rollout of meaningful user-facing features, from problem definition through production • Partner closely with design, product, and client-facing teams to translate real user needs into shipped solutions • Architect, build, and evolve scalable, reliable systems across the front end, back end, and infrastructure • Set a high bar for code quality through clear implementations, thoughtful tradeoffs, and active participation in reviews and technical discussions • Explore and integrate modern tools, including AI-powered workflows, and share learnings that improve how the team builds and ships
