Role Description We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter who will work very collaboratively with our client to attract top tier talent for their open positions. This recruiter will be well versed working closely with hiring managers and has experience working all steps of the recruiting process. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator. - Work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions. - Work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings, and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process. - Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations. - Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates. - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate. - Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success. - Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table.
