Job Description

Operations and Member Support Coordinator

BCAA

• Help keep our call centre running smoothly by performing essential administrative duties and supporting Evo members via phone and live chat. • Act as an Evo ambassador and showcase commitment to supporting BC’s car sharing service. • Coordinate various administrative tasks based on the department’s evolving business needs. • Activities include pre-authorizing charges, supporting members and vendors, preparing reports, and investigating parking tickets, tows, tolls and mileage overages. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to EVO members through various platforms (live chat, phone, and/or email).

Job Requirements

  • One-year post-secondary Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration) and/or one year of experience in a related industry or at least two years related experience in operations.
  • At least two years’ experience with administrative or reception and/or customer service or call centre, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bonus skills: One year experience as a Member Service Agent or similar position.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect & Workplace, Google Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software.
  • Rapid-fire typing skills (40 wpm).

• Support the design, documentation, and implementation of processes across key operational functions—with direct responsibility at the assigned school(s) and additional support to other schools in the region.
