Role Description Join our Evo Car Share team as a Remote Member Service Agent and play a key role in supporting our members overnight. This overnight position operates Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. - Deliver amazing and long-lasting Member experiences. - Act as an Evo ambassador and showcase commitment to supporting BC’s most valued car sharing service. Qualifications - At least six months of a post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or related field, and/or a combination of education and experience. - At least two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting. - Sharp technical skills with willingness to learn new platforms (i.e. PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect & Workplace, Google Maps, and EVO Car Sharing Software). - Bonus skills: Rapid-fire typing skills (40 wpm). Requirements - Team members will work remotely as part of a virtual 24/7 call centre and participate in a shift bid process. - The shift bid process is seniority based (Length of Service / Hire Date), and shift work. - Team Members will select two six-month schedules (Jan – June & July – Dec). - New external employees will be assigned shifts that support individual gaps in scheduling. - Availability on statutory holidays, weekdays, and weekends may be required. - Must successfully pass a background check, which may include criminal, identification, and reference checks. Qualifications - Completion of Grade 12. - 2 current and consecutive years of general insurance experience. - Level 1 insurance license, and willing to obtain Level 2 insurance license within 18 months of employment in this position. - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline from a recognized program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - Proven track record of delivering or exceeding sales targets. - Experience with solution based selling. - Proven planning and time management skills. Bonus Qualifications - Experience working in a contact centre environment. - Completion of CAIB 1. - Knowledge of BCAA’s systems such as NEAT, Diamond, Varicent and Cisco. - Limited history of Errors & Omissions. Be in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC. Requirements The hourly range for this position is $23.36 to $29.20 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%. Role Description As a Senior Member Experience Representative, you’ll be one of the caring voices on the other end of the phone when Members need assistance. You will also dispatch services to support Members and train new team members to set them up for success. - Receive inbound calls from Members and provide an exceptional customer experience. - Coordinate the right people (including BCAA fleet drivers and approved contract service providers) and services to quickly support their needs. - Deepen Member relationships by thoroughly reviewing and renewing memberships and cross-selling other BCAA products and services. - Take the initiative to resolve customer issues, seeking support as needed. - Provide relief coverage for other dispatchers and dispatch assistants; monitor status of calls to meet/exceed target service timelines. - Train new team members, supporting their learning and development. - Maintain and increase your knowledge about BCAA memberships, policies and procedures as well as competitive product offerings. - Participate in BCAA training courses as required.
