• Serve as the first line of technical escalation for customer issues. • Investigate, reproduce, and narrow down the root causes of reported problems. • Identify whether an issue is a product bug, a configuration issue, or a user misunderstanding before escalating to engineering with a bug report. • Guide customers through fixes when necessary. • Provide recommendations for optimizing product usage and preventing common pitfalls. • Provide SQL-based data checks and help customers validate data directly. • Partner with engineering to hand off well-documented bug reports that are ready to be picked up by our engineering team. • Collaborate with the forward deployed and customer success teams to translate customer needs into actionable feedback. • Contribute to improving internal troubleshooting playbooks and external knowledge bases. • Spot recurring patterns in customer challenges and propose solutions (documentation, tooling, product changes). • Share insights that help reduce support friction and improve customer satisfaction.

• Partner directly with customers to understand their unique environments, operational constraints, and capability gaps • Design and implement custom telemetry integrations: extend Origin's platform to ingest customer-specific data sources, proprietary log formats, and external threat intelligence • Build bespoke detection and analytics capabilities: develop custom correlation logic, confidence scoring models, and automation workflows tailored to customer needs • Extend the agent for unique environments: ensure Origin works flawlessly in specialized infrastructure, performance-constrained systems, and customer-specific deployment scenarios • Develop full-stack solutions: build custom dashboards, API integrations, data pipelines, and frontend experiences that solve specific customer problems • Gather customer feedback and field insights: translate real-world challenges into product requirements and engineering priorities • Collaborate with research and development teams: share field learnings that drive platform innovation and new capabilities • Support customers through deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization: ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization

• Lead the design and execution of fire protection systems for secure and mission-critical facilities • Develop and review fire suppression, alarm, and life safety system designs to meet client and code requirements (NFPA, IBC, IFC, UFCs, etc.) • Serve as the technical expert and client liaison for fire protection scopes on data center and secure facility projects • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure fully integrated system design • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing • Support proposal development and contribute to project scope and scheduling • Occasionally travel to project sites or other Olsson offices as needed (approximately 15–25%)

• Build and maintain Task-as-Code attack automations. • Research and prototype autonomous and agent-based penetration testing systems. • Develop exploits across multiple vulnerability classes (auth bypass, command injection, deserialization, SQLi, RCE, OWASP Top 10). • Ensure exploit reliability, reproducibility, cleanup, and minimal customer impact. • Translate emerging vulnerability research into production-ready capabilities. • Write high-quality Python code following strong software development practices. • Create and maintain Nuclei templates and custom exploitation logic. • Use containers (Docker) to deliver consistent execution environments. • Collaborate with Service Delivery on requirements and real-world validation. • Partner with Engineering to hand off prototypes for platform integration. • Work with Product Management in an agile, sprint-based process.
