• Own and lead the execution of Sprocket Security’s net-new sales motion. • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives and Business Development. • Drive consistent quota attainment through disciplined execution, coaching, and accountability. • Establish and enforce a consistent sales process across the full deal lifecycle. • You will help build the BDR to AE progression model and be responsible for BDR’s progressing to Account Executive roles. • Ensure MEDDPIC is applied rigorously across pipeline without slowing momentum. • Own forecasting accuracy and inspection, ensuring leadership can trust the number. • Coach live deals, including joining customer calls, supporting negotiations, and guiding strategy. • Improve and measure rep time to ramp expectations, identify early success signals, and performance standards. • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channels, Customer Success, and Product to improve win rates and customer outcomes. • Help shape go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and positioning as the business scales. • Build and refine sales enablement, operating cadence, and performance metrics. • Serve as a key leader in evolving the sales organization toward CRO-level maturity.

• Build and maintain Task-as-Code attack automations. • Research and prototype autonomous and agent-based penetration testing systems. • Develop exploits across multiple vulnerability classes (auth bypass, command injection, deserialization, SQLi, RCE, OWASP Top 10). • Ensure exploit reliability, reproducibility, cleanup, and minimal customer impact. • Translate emerging vulnerability research into production-ready capabilities. • Write high-quality Python code following strong software development practices. • Create and maintain Nuclei templates and custom exploitation logic. • Use containers (Docker) to deliver consistent execution environments. • Collaborate with Service Delivery on requirements and real-world validation. • Partner with Engineering to hand off prototypes for platform integration. • Work with Product Management in an agile, sprint-based process.

• Perform web application testing methodologies at scale. • Perform network and wireless testing methodologies at scale from time to time. • Discover newly exploitable systems across our fleet of clients. It's fun to test that new vulnerability the day it's released! • Build payloads and C2 infrastructure that evades defenses. • Mimic tactics and techniques used by real-world adversaries. • Show impact with post-exploitation activities. • Manage our platform by conducting tasks, write findings, and work with clients to help detect and prevent. • Develop tools and contribute to our automated infrastructure. You'll commonly program in the following languages: Ruby, Python, PowerShell, C# Bash, etc. • Advanced usage of the following tools: Burp Suite Pro, Nessus, Metasploit, CobaltStrike, etc. • Manage project lifecycles and present professionally to clients. Kickoff calls, debriefs, etc. • Work closely with development teams to migrate human-driven tasks into automation. • Work with AWS, Azure, terraform, ansible, and gitlab pipelines.
