Compensation Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,800 - $193,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $126,100 - $207,600 per year. Role Description Perform daily mainframe storage operations using z/OS tools to optimize SMS/DASD utilization, verify HSM/DLM health and space, audit volumes/datasets across both plexes, and submit CRs/incidents as needed to maintain reliability. Produce required compliance/capacity reporting (SCRT/SMF), verify reclaim/housekeeping automation, and complete operational work such as disk initialization, tape consolidations, and maintenance of core storage software (DLM, Solutions Enabler, GDDR, TapeCopy, Unisphere). Execute DR activation/teardown activities, coordinate hardware patching/upgrades, and monitor PowerMax/DLM/Data Domain health and certificates at both Eagan and San Mateo.
