• Lead and manage a team of BI Engineers in the design, development, and support of enterprise BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting solutions. • Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. • Establish and enforce governance processes for BI platform usage, including access control, environment management, and deployment standards. • Partner with business leaders, Product, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into governed BI solutions. • Drive the development and standardization of KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and reuse across the enterprise. • Oversee the delivery of dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions across multiple platforms with a focus on usability and adoption. • Promote and enable self-service analytics capabilities while maintaining governance and data integrity standards. • Ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation, reconciliation, and alignment with source systems and enterprise data models. • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data models, semantic layers, and data pipelines that support BI consumption. • Lead efforts to manage metadata, KPI ownership, and stewardship to ensure consistent enterprise-wide usage. • Monitor BI platform usage, performance, and cost, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability. • Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of reporting and BI development workflows. • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and PII handling standards, including role-based access controls. • Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for BI-related issues and data discrepancies. • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through performance management, career development, and knowledge sharing. • Drive stakeholder engagement through regular reviews, planning sessions, and communication of insights and BI capabilities. • Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization’s BI capabilities. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! This position’s primary responsibilities include conducting data analysis activities for Trillium. This involves assuring compliance with the DMH and DMA contract requirements as well as other external and internal reporting needs. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing and completing reports as well as assisting the Trillium Informatics and Data Science departments. On a typical day, you might: - Develop analytical reports, including data mining, data management, conducting analysis, summarizing, and interpretation of results, to include the identification of patterns and trends in data. Make recommendations on matters of significance that could impact the agency. - Maintain schedule of external reporting per contracts and internal reporting as requested. Distribute, interpret and present reports to departmental staff and internal/external committees and/or stakeholders as needed. - Ensure that data from reports are presented in a user-friendly format and made accessible to staff, consumers, and community members. Ensure all reports include appropriate references to data sources so that reports can be replicated if requested. - Ensure data in reports is accurate and timely. Reconcile differences between data from different sources.
