Account Executive (bilingual - Spanish)

The Role - As an Account Executive at Silo, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base. You’ll work directly with produce businesses, wholesalers, distributors, and shippers to understand their challenges and show how Silo’s platform can drive real results. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, values long term relationships, and is excited to help modernize an essential industry. What you'll do - Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals - Become an expert on Silo’s product and its intricacies as they pertain to Produce Distributors and Shippers - Create and maintain an account-level plan for top targeted accounts in your territory. - Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders across fast moving as well as complex sales cycles - Work in a team-selling environment and closely coordinate with SDRs, Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers - Track all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce CRM - Participate and actively contribute in internal strategic meetings, research, and product development - Travel within your territory and surrounding cities as needed (1 week per. month in assigned territory) Qualifications - 5+ years of technology sales experience (FinTech, SaaS, payments, etc.) - 2 years produce or agricultural experience required - Consistent track record of success & quota attainment - Superior verbal, written, negotiation, and time management skills - Team player with proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally - Proactive and able to command respect through integrity, intelligence, and hard work - Proficient using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, Zoominfo, etc.) - BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience Bonus Points For - Produce or supply chain industry experience - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits, Perks & Compensation - Silo offers a competitive salary and commissions, as well as comprehensive company-sponsored health insurance, wellness and meal stipends, flexible time away and paid parental leave - in addition to a great company culture and team! - The compensation range for this role is $70,000 + commissions Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance and results. Compensation is subject to factors such as experience, qualifications, company budget and location and is not guaranteed at the top of the range. Actual compensation will be based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
