Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years related experience in instructional design/governance/L&D operations
  • Experience managing large teams or complex projects
  • demonstrated success implementing design standards, governance frameworks, and audits at enterprise scale
  • Strong systems thinking and process discipline
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model
  • PMP, change management-related (Prosci) is a plus
