Overview of the Role We’re seeking a hands-on Director to lead demand generation and marketing operations while managing a high-impact team. You will build, optimize, and scale our digital lead engine, owning our CRM and its integration with our workflows to create a clean path from first touch to sales engagement. This role blends leadership and execution: set strategy and standards, coach the Marketing team, and partner closely with Sales and Technology. Success looks like consistent growth in qualified pipeline, clear visibility into performance, and a well-run marketing process. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Oversight - Lead Communications and Design; set goals and operating rhythms. - Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team. - Define campaign standards, editorial governance, and review workflows. Demand Generation & Marketing Operations - Own HubSpot–Zoho integration; ensure reliable, accurate lead flow. - Define marketing- and sales-qualified lead criteria; design scoring and routing. - Launch scalable landing pages, forms, tracking, and processes. Content Strategy & Production - Build content strategy and quarterly editorial calendar. - Produce lead magnets, blogs, articles, press releases, and guides. - Implement distribution, gating, repurposing, and search best practices. Reporting, Analytics & Optimization - Build dashboards for volume, conversion, and cost per lead. - Establish attribution and campaign link tracking standards. - Run test-and-learn plans; present insights and next steps. Cross-Functional Partnership with Systems & Data - Partner with Technology and Data to maintain integrations. - Align fields, statuses, and workflows for clean lead flow. - Monitor performance; resolve issues and coordinate website updates. Sales Enablement & Lifecycle Nurture - Build automated nurture journeys across the buyer lifecycle. - Create alerts, handoffs, and playbooks that improve conversion. - Align content to sales stages; collect feedback to refine. Qualifications Education & Experience - 7+ years in demand generation or marketing operations. - 2+ years leading or mentoring marketing team members. - Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub. - Proven record integrating HubSpot with customer platforms (Zoho or Salesforce). - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent experience. Knowledge & Skills - Strong customer relationship management foundations; Zoho familiarity. - Content leadership: strategy, calendar, production, and governance. - Skilled in funnel analytics, dashboarding, and optimization. - Practical attribution and link tracking parameter standards. - Process design, documentation, and cross-functional leadership. - Technical troubleshooting and integration problem-solving. - Bonus: Financial services, wealth management, or financial technology experience. - Bonus: HubSpot certifications; experience with Google and LinkedIn ad tracking.
