Job Description
Campaign Manager, Pipeline Marketing
AcuityMD
• Run TOFU and mid-funnel nurture programs end-to-end • Build, manage, and iterate on HubSpot email sequences and workflows for tier 2/3 leads, reactivation campaigns, and signal-based follow-up • Package ABM and inbound signals into ready-to-run outbound plays for SDRs and AEs • Target account lists, sequences, messaging triggers — everything Sales needs to move fast on a warm signal • Monitor MQL-to-pipeline conversion and own the programs that accelerate lead progression • Stay close to what's being worked, what's stalling, and what needs a new sequence • Execute general demand gen programs alongside the Senior Campaign Manager — expanding channel coverage and keeping execution moving so ABM strategy stays focused • Divide and conquer on channel execution so ABM strategy doesn't bottleneck • Build, QA, and maintain HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and email sequences with documentation • Track and report on pipeline marketing performance across nurture, PG programs, and sales-activated campaigns — connecting marketing activity back to revenue and surfacing what's working so the team can move faster • Build playbooks and templates that standardize how Sales activates on marketing signals
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, B2B SaaS preferred
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built workflows, sequences, and landing pages from scratch, not just sent emails

- Executes fast, documents well, and iterates without being asked
- Detail-oriented but not precious — you move quickly and clean it up as you go
- Organized and collaborative — you keep stakeholders informed without being managed.
