Revenue Operations Analyst

AcuityMD

• Measure team performance and conduct analysis to generate insights across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services; collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance. • Ensure our sales methodologies are fully operationalized and embedded in how we sell. Establish best practices around prospecting, deal qualification, deal stage progression. • Manage GTM tech stack, including Hubspot, Gong, Showpad, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc. Develop processes to monitor and improve accuracy of data across all platforms and ensure optimal use of each tool. • Support commercial operations and planning efforts, including Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews, and budgeting process. • Calculate commissions and bonuses for commercial teams; assist in the design and management of compensation plans.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting pre and post-sale Commercial teams
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to influence and build credibility with team members at all levels, including executives
  • Experience managing and optimizing CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel
  • Clear and effective communication and thinking; experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and derive insights from data to drive decision making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and a strong bias for action
  • Venture-backed, B2B SaaS startup experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically 2-4x per year for company-sponsored offsites
