• Analyzing all documentation to ensure it meets the requirements to enter authorizations and rates into the billing system(s) • Entering the individual’s eligibility information into the system • Communicating with others on any issues preventing a transaction from being entered • Utilizing document management software to prioritize and process transactions daily • Utilizing AR software application to process Masterfile transactions; financial eligibility, authorization and rates • Obtaining and maintaining supporting documentation for all transactions • Performing data entry tasks for all financial eligibility, authorization, rates in a timely manner • Reviewing, escalating, and resolving any source documentation discrepancies to meet documentation requirements • Working with state office and other key AR staff to resolve outstanding transactions • Assisting with the resolution of any issues that could impact billing or month-end closing deadlines • Ensuring internal control compliance with all assigned areas and other audit requirements • Assisting in the onboarding of new hires and providing training and technical assistance to assigned worker(s) as needed • Embracing concept mentoring by participating in team meetings and fostering collaboration among team members • Proactively supporting management and the objectives and goals of the department • Supporting special projects, mission critical initiatives and performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor • Performing system testing

• Load Excel data into operational systems and ensure correct mapping is utilized. • Assist in image processing and loading image files to operational systems. • Create and maintain file directories. • Review, identify and ascertain quality/viability of loan image files. • Access loan image files throughout the company image database. • Create inventory of image & data files, combine image files, and load to operational systems. • Ensure inventory results are provided in a timely manner and reported as per established protocol. • Work with Client Service Managers to ensure all items required for tasking have been provided by the client. • Transfer data and image files, as well as troubleshoot inventory issues. • Ensure data and files are maintained in consistent formats within the company database and image network. • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager. • This role may include media functions as well, including but not limited to the following: Receive and log shipments with new media for the deal setup team’s workflow. • Assist in extraction and transfer of image files to operational systems. • Review, analyze, and report on current server capacity across multiple drive shares for the Deal Setup team to plan space for upcoming workflow. • Manage and coordinate file archiving operations as a part of regular server capacity maintenance.

• Perform activities relating to the definition, set-up and ingestion of External Data Streams • Execute deliverables for Standardized External Data Streams • Assess external data collection requirements per protocol and planning of external data stream set-up activities • Liaise with key data stakeholders to establish the purpose of data collection and requirements for the transfer, ingestion, and structure of data • Create change requests for the definition of new test concepts or data structures relating to external data • Develop trial-specific Data Transfer Agreements (tsDTA’s) • Ensure data transfer frequencies are sufficient for the agreed requirements • Liaise with external data providers to ensure alignment and agreement of tsDTA • Translate medical and scientific concepts into data mapping guidance • UAT of test data transfers ensure accuracy and consistency with data specifications defined in Data Transfer Agreements • Implement data transfer mechanisms for external data streams including access for external data providers • Monitor availability and accuracy of external data streams
