Role Description Sun River Health is currently seeking a Full Time Remote Project Management Data Specialist to join our team. The Project Management Data Specialist will be responsible for leveraging Sun River Health's available data to provide a clear understanding of Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts, to drive performance improvement, and to support Sun River Health’s Project Management Office (PMO) through ongoing project management. - Retrieve and leverage available data from available and appropriate databases to provide a clear, transparent view of Sun River Health’s performance in value-based payment contracts - Develop materials – reports and presentations for a variety of audiences that promote Sun River Health’s performance management and improvement work within these contracts - Analyze data for the purposes of evaluations and improving reporting, transparency, and company goals - Participate in project management meetings, develop reports based on assigned projects - Provide ongoing project management support through Sun River Health’s Project Management Office (PMO) Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Requirements - Job Type: Full Time - Pay: $21.00 - $24.35 per hour

• Design and build dashboards, customer journey visualisations, and self-service reporting • Influence commercial decisions across Digital, Product, and Commercial teams • Maintain high standards for information structure, visualisation and presentation to senior stakeholders

• Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments. • Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on. • Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard. • Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types. • Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy. • Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model. • Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed. • Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.

• Work across teams within the Leveraging our Lands program to collect, manage and maintain preserve-based infrastructure data and provide technical support in ArcGIS or other relational database technologies to Conservancy staff. • Coordinate with BU staff to gather existing data and collect new infrastructure data at a selection of preserves. • Perform data analysis; design and produce advanced complex queries and professional reports, process spatial and other relational data sets. • Provide hardware/software support. • Develop and deliver training to staff individually and in groups, produce maps and other graphic products and reports. • Develop and maintain GIS library and/or database products library, and compile, assemble, and maintain land protection, biodiversity, and management information from various sources.
