• Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert and internal authority on payroll operations, benefits administration, and HRIS governance. • Oversee company-wide payroll and benefits processes ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding data integrity. • Advise leadership on payroll- and benefits-related risk and operational impacts. • Direct and oversee full-cycle payroll operations for all Team Members utilizing Paycom. • Evaluate, validate, and reconcile time and attendance data integrations between Epicor and Paycom. • Interpret and apply federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of progressive payroll and/or benefits administration experience.
- Experience overseeing multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations preferred.
- Advanced working knowledge of Paycom or comparable HRIS/payroll systems.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and perform detailed reconciliations.

Role Description As our Payroll Superstar, you are the guardian of pay accuracy and compliance. You will own the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring that every paycheck is correct, compliant with federal/state/local regulations, and delivered on time.
