Senior Game Designer

• Own the full game design lifecycle: concept → documentation → prototype/MVP → release → iteration • Design and improve crash & instant games mechanics, features, UX flows and progression systems • Create and maintain clear design documentation: GDDs, specs, wireframes, flows, and translate them into actionable user stories for the development team • Create tracking specs (what to log, event properties, funnels) • Collaborate with game mathematicians on RTP/volatility/risk/ feature math • Work with UI/UX and art teams on game visuals, animations, feedback loops, and readability • Ensure games meet iGaming compliance/fairness, platform requirements and usability standards • Define and interpret KPIs: retention, engagement, conversion, feature performance • Drive A/B testing experiments and feature improvements based on analytics • Market awareness: continuously monitor iGaming instant/crash trends and competitor mechanics; translate insights into actionable design proposals
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in iGaming (instant/crash games)
- Strong knowledge of Crash / Plinko / Mines / Dice / Limbo mechanics & player behaviour
- Experience working with game economy / RTP / volatility, understanding of probability-driven systems
- Solid skill in feature design + UI/UX thinking (player-centric approach)
- Experience with hypothesis-driven design: proposing, justifying, and validating ideas with data, prototypes and market trends
- Ability to write clear documentation and communicate across teams
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with analytics dashboards, funnels, and KPIs
- Portfolio showing shipped games/features
- Advanced English (B2+)
