Senior ServiceNow Engineer

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications including modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server-side scripts, and ACLs. • Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, along with scripting tools, to automate TPSM and other enterprise processes critical to billing and financial operations. • Implement and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and maintain secure data boundaries, especially in domain-separated or multi-tenant environments. • Monitor and optimize ServiceNow platform performance, ensuring scalability and efficient operation across development, testing, and production environments. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT leadership to gather technical requirements, translate them into system configurations or scripts, and deliver end-to-end solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and configurations; provide training and Tier 2/3 support to administrators and power users as needed. • Support Multi-Tenancy & Domain Separation project and solution once live in system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow platform administration, development, and customer integrations.
- 3 years’ of experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems such as NetSuite, Active Directory, and Azure.
- 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others.
- 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow security models, ACLs, and domain-specific configurations.
- 5 years’ experience with JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
