Role Description In this role you'll help gather and organize information related to data products which will be used to build business-critical, scalable data processing solutions, and intuitive and trustworthy data products that power data discovery, self-service analytics and drive product innovation. You will be part of a global data community and you will work in cross-functional and agile project teams alongside Data Product Managers, Data Stewards, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and executives to improve the experience of guests and colleagues worldwide. Responsibilities - Support the Data product team in gathering, analyzing and organizing the data product requirements, including but not limited to the functions - Guest, Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, Loyalty, Finance and Operations. - Develop technical deliverables, review technical documents and provide input to data product plans and milestones. - Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Data Engineering/Platform and Data Science teams to execute the Data product roadmaps. - Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the business in the access and reporting of business information. - Provide inputs to define, implement, and consistently exercise information management best practices across the organization. Identify and implement industry best practices. Ensure data integrity of all systems. Qualifications - Strong team player with 8+ years of proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, documenting business use cases, verification and drafting data & BI requirements. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong customer service orientation. - Strong experience with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. - SQL experience strongly preferred. - Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong work ethic and personal integrity; self-directed and self-motivated with a highly developed curiosity and willingness to learn and to teach. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and influencing skills. - Proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams. Significant skill required to work effectively across internal functional areas in situations where clear parameters may not exist. - Experience with hospitality industry a plus. - Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management system is a plus. - Experience working in a cloud data warehouse / BI project environment a plus. - Familiarity with data visualization and design. Requirements - Highly prefer individuals who have prior experience with Sabre SynXis Hospitality solution, its APIs and warehouse data. - Experience working with Snowflake database is preferred. - Experience working in an Agile environment and creating user stories. - Experience working with tools - JIRA, Confluence and Service Now. Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Develop Control Tower reporting: Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for escalations, performance metrics, customer-level insights, and Control Tower operations. • Support customer-facing materials: Prepare reporting and analysis for MBRs, QBRs, white glove programs, and other customer touchpoints, ensuring accuracy and clear storytelling of operational performance. • Enable real-time monitoring: Partner with Control Tower Managers to support escalation tracking, accurate data capture, timely updates, and active issue support through relevant operational insights. • Analyze customer performance: Review performance for top customers, growth accounts, churn-risk customers, and high-priority initiatives to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Maintain reporting accuracy: Ensure consistency and accuracy across dashboards, reports, and customer-facing materials. • Improve reporting processes: Identify data gaps and opportunities to strengthen Control Tower reporting, monitoring, and visibility. • Surface trends and root causes: Use available data to identify recurring issues, operational trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for Control Tower leadership.
• Responsible for using advanced, non-machine-learning analytic techniques to investigate well-defined business questions, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable insights. • Partner closely with management and stakeholders to clearly define problems, explore and analyze data, and present results in a way that drives business decisions. • Use SQL and Excel to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track core KPIs and business performance for executive stakeholders. • Translate analytic findings into a clear, compelling narrative supported by charts, figures, and tables. • Develop professional, polished presentations in PowerPoint, delivering insights and recommendations to senior level technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP), Home Energy Rebates program. • Provide data review, analysis, reporting, and tool development in support of the SCEP portfolio. • Work across the SCEP office to support the office-wide build-out of shared data tools and reporting infrastructure while delivering program-specific analytics for Home Rebates. • Build tools from scratch and turn complex program and financial data into clear, visually compelling products. • Design, build, and maintain data tools, dashboards, and reports from scratch using Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Access. • Translate complex programs, budget, and performance data into clear, digestible, and visually appealing formats. • Deliver program-specific analytics and reporting for the Home Energy Rebates program. • Lead data efforts in system modernization projects, including data synchronization and reporting processes. • Identify and resolve data gaps, exceptions, and quality issues; develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
