• Own inventory performance for an assigned portfolio of branch locations. • Maintain inventory within company goals for Days on Hand (DOH), inventory turns, service levels, and inventory investment. • Monitor inventory health and develop action plans to address shortages, excess inventory, and inventory imbalances. • Execute replenishment using AlarMax's inventory planning methodology. • Analyze demand trends, sales history, seasonality, supplier lead times, and project activity when making purchasing decisions. • Create and manage purchase orders to maximize inventory productivity and customer service. • Coordinate branch-to-branch inventory transfers to maximize inventory productivity. • Serve as the primary inventory resource for assigned branches.

• The Supply Chain Associate supports MEI’s strategic supply-chain programs for key customers, working at the intersection of operations, systems, and customer coordination. • This role serves as a central point of coordination across customers, suppliers, MEI regional teams, and corporate functions to ensure seamless execution from order intake through transportation, storage, delivery, and equipment setting. • Act as the central communication and coordination hub for several large, strategic customer programs. • Work directly with customers, their suppliers, and MEI regional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution across transportation, storage, delivery, and equipment setting. • Build and maintain strong external relationships, serving as a trusted liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to anticipate needs, surface risks, and drive timely resolution. • Provide proactive visibility to all stakeholders through regular updates, dashboards, and escalation protocols – ensuring transparency and eliminating surprises across the supply chain. • Support monthly invoicing and reconciliation processes in partnership with Finance and regional teams, ensuring billing accuracy and alignment with customer records. • Lead the preparation of customer-facing materials for QBRs, MBRs, and scorecards, synthesizing operational performance data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Document current-state supply chain workflows across MEI’s national network, working with regional teams to capture real operating practices and identify gaps or inconsistencies. • Support the development and rollout of standardized processes, playbooks, and operating procedures that improve consistency, scalability, and execution quality. • Partner closely with IT, Integrations, and Operations teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements to MEI’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transportation Management System (TMS). • Analyze operational and financial data related to storage, transportation, and handling activities to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Support development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to customers, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders. • Assist with root-cause analysis of service issues and support implementation of corrective actions in partnerships with Operations and regional teams. • Support supply chain related initiatives tied to network expansion, new customer programs, or operational readiness for growth. • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and real estate teams to support data collection, analysis, and execution planning for supply-chain enablement efforts. • Prepare clear, structured materials for internal leadership reviews related to supply chain performance, capacity, and scalability.

• Responsible for the execution of US Aortic field inventory strategies and initiatives • Daily engagement with multiple internal and external business partners to coordinate inventory strategies • Supports inventory repositioning for emergent case needs • Partner with field-based District Service Managers, Clinicals Specialist, Sales Reps and District Managers • Assist with resolving discrepant inventory levels at customer accounts • Conduct cycle counts of inventory at customer accounts as needed • Provides regular on-call support for evenings and weekends when critical business needs arise • Understands and adheres to FDA Regulations, quality and training requirements

• Lead the development and execution of global supply chain strategies supporting the Drug Product Division. • Drive alignment of global planning processes across manufacturing sites while balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory investment, and financial objectives. • Develop standardized planning governance and best practices across the global manufacturing network. • Identify strategic supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and customer supply. • Oversee global Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and inventory planning strategies. • Partner with regional planning teams to optimize manufacturing capacity utilization and network performance. • Lead cross-site balancing strategies to improve service levels and manufacturing efficiency. • Develop global inventory strategies that optimize customer service while minimizing working capital. • Establish inventory governance for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. • Drive improvements in Days of Supply (DOS), inventory turns, excess and obsolete inventory reduction, and inventory accuracy. • Monitor inventory health through standardized KPIs and corrective action plans. • Provide functional leadership across global planning organizations through influence and collaboration. • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Program Management, Logistics, and Operations. • Mentor regional planning teams and promote knowledge sharing and standardized best practices.
