• Build & maintain MYOB Acumatica customisations and integrations - through source control, code review and quoting (our dev process is the path, no shortcuts around it) • Own a client ticket queue - diagnose, resolve, and keep clients informed proactively; nothing sits unattended • Work AI-augmented - use Claude Code, MACK and our tooling to move faster and to a higher standard; help improve that tooling over time • Quote accurately and deliver to estimate - flag overruns early • Contribute to upgrades, testing and continuous improvement of how the team works

• As a Full-Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain software applications for AOT's clients and internal product teams. • You will write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code while ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural best practices. • Write clean, testable code while considering edge cases, error handling, readability, and long-term maintainability. • Debug and resolve issues across multiple projects or applications, using data to improve performance, stability, and observability. • Design software modules and solutions consistent with broader service architecture while understanding project or application domains. • Prioritize security in application development by identifying risks, collaborating with security teams, and promoting a security-first mindset. • Manage task breakdown, prioritize effectively, and address dependencies to ensure smooth integration and delivery. • Apply deep domain knowledge to align technical solutions with business strategy and influence product evolution.

• Own the development of high-quality React Native applications across iOS and Android. • Improve architecture, lead React Native upgrades, and resolve complex native issues. • Work within one of inKind's product pods alongside Product Managers, Designers, QA, Backend Engineers, and fellow Mobile Engineers. • Design, build, and maintain high-performance React Native applications. • Deliver scalable, maintainable TypeScript code following engineering best practices. • Own automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Build reliable CI/CD pipelines that prevent regressions before release.
