• Täglicher Begleiter: Du bist über WhatsApp (PC-Tool) der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Teilnehmerinnen. • Du beantwortest Rückfragen, löst Herausforderungen im Alltag und coachst über WhatsApp. • (Ernährungs-)Coaching: Du supportest mit Coaching-Tools bei der langfristigen Gewohnheitsveränderung und hilfst, einschränkende Glaubenssätze aufzulösen. • Du gibst Feedback zu den Ernährungsgewohnheiten mithilfe von KI-Auswertungen und hilfst bei einer langfristigen Ernährungsumstellung. • Sorge für Wow-Erlebnisse und Erfolge: Du übernimmst die inhaltliche Ausrichtung des Coachings und stellst den Erfolg deines Coachees sicher. • Du hältst deinen Coachee accountable und sorgst dafür, dass sie ihre Abnehmziele langfristig erreicht. • Optional - Livestreams & Gruppencoaching: Du führst - je nach internem Bedarf & Erfahrung - virtuelle, themenspezifische Livestreams und live Gruppen-Coachings (= Expertensprechstunden) durch. • Erfolgs-Tracking und Erfolgssicherung: Du betreust Kundinnen über einen Zeitraum von 6-12 Monaten mit dem klaren Ziel, das Wohlfühlgewicht zu erreichen. Du behältst ihre Fortschritte im Blick und begleitest sie proaktiv zum Ziel.

Job Requirements

  • Du hast ein Studium oder Aus- bzw. Weiterbildungen im Bereich Ernährungscoaching, Ernährungsberatung.
  • Du konntest dein Wissen in der Praxis anwenden und bringst mindestens 2 Jahre berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Ernährungsberatung / -coaching o.ä. mit.
  • Du kannst dich empathisch in die Probleme und Wünsche unserer Zielgruppe (weiblich, im Alter von 30 - 60 Jahren) hineinversetzen.
  • Du siehst KI nicht als Bedrohung, sondern als Möglichkeit, deine eigene Schaffenskraft zu multiplizieren.
  • Es ist uns wichtig, dass du bereits Berührungspunkte mit den Themen Mindset, intuitive Ernährung sowie emotionales Essen hattest.
  • Nice to have: Idealerweise kennst du dich mit mentalem Training aus und bist vielleicht sogar ausgebildeter Mental Coach oder hast eine NLP Zertifizierung.
