Role Description We are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Consultant specializing in systems and API integrations to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams. You will lead discovery conversations, understand complex business processes and system architectures, and translate customer needs into clear technical specifications that development and implementation teams can successfully execute. This is a highly versatile internal consulting role supporting integration and implementation projects. You will work with different clients, products, industries, and technical environments, so adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to create structure in complex situations will be essential. You will not only gather requirements but also help customers understand how their systems should connect, define data mappings and integration workflows, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure that solutions are properly documented, tested, and prepared for go-live. In this role, you'll work closely with the Central Fraud Hub leadership team and the Analytics Asst Director to expand analytics capabilities in the Internal Sales and Service Fraud space, identify new opportunities for lead generation, and deliver timely insights that influence business decisions. Your work will directly support the Central Fraud Hub's efforts to detect and prevent fraud, improve investigator efficiency, and help protect USRM's profitability as the business continues to grow.
