Role Description You will lead Juno Health pharmacy deployments, deliver comprehensive end-user training, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and optimal system performance. The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically proficient, and passionate about improving pharmacy operations through innovative healthcare IT solutions. - Functions as an integral part of pharmacy team through regular meetings with the pharmacy team, and other systems analysts within the organization. - Advises on the most effective method of implementation to internal and external sources. Determines the best timing and source. - Advises on equipment needs, software needs, interface, etc. in coordination with deployment projects. - Collects data for pharmacy standards and quality assurance. - Responsible for populating and verifying data entered into Juno Health prior to deployment. - Provides support for migration of data from existing computer systems. - Provides support for interfaces between Juno Health and equipment. - Provides training to customers’ staff and provide documentation on training completion and competencies. - Provides post deployment ongoing support. - Coordinates deployment and training with site managers. - Closely coordinates the computer activities of the various pharmacy programs to assure a smoothly functioning service. - Responsible for planning, evaluating and implementing the computerized data management of all pharmacy packages. - Assures data entered into the computer file system is accurate. Other Duties - Participating in process improvement opportunities facilitated by PMO management to tailor implementation and support processes to meet the needs of Vendors/ External Clients. - Travels as needed, including weekend travel when necessary (abiding by DSS established travel guidelines). - Participating in product sales opportunities as required. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training. Compensation Salary at Juno Health, LLC. is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 to $69,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Juno Health's total compensation package for employees.
