This position plays a key role in driving revenue by establishing partnerships with senior living communities, memory care facilities, and assisted living facilities across the United States. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and providing tailored wellness solutions that align with the unique needs of each community. *This position will work remotely, but will have required minimal travel* Major Duties and Responsibilities: Business to Business marketing/sales of our Virtual Wellness platform, designed specifically for seniors. Proactively identify and target senior living facilities, memory care centers, and assisted living communities to secure introduction and implementation of the Wellness Everywhere platform. Assist in the develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to meet or exceed revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the senior care industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, wellness directors, and senior care decision-makers. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique challenges of each facility and presenting customized wellness solutions. Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our wellness programs and services. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business while ensuring alignment with company goals. Act as a point of contact for existing clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Collaborate with the COO and Virtual Programs Manager to ensure seamless implementation of wellness programs. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics. Ability to travel to senior living focused tradeshows, expos, and other miscellaneous sales and marketing opportunities as needed. Represent Encore Wellness’ passion for senior wellness, excellence in customer service, and impeccable integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience in wellness program or healthcare sales preferred. Existing network of contacts within the senior care industry preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or wellness industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in remote sales presentations utilizing MS Teams and/or Zoom. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. While working from home, this role must have a clean, organized, and dedicated workspace to be able to dedicate their full time and attention to their work, during their scheduled working hours; the environment must be distraction free.
