Collaborate with external vendors to maximize value and maintain engaged patient panels. - Develop and maintain AI agents, including synthetic users, to facilitate data access and knowledge sharing across the department and with stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Marketing or Related Field of Study required - Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred - 2+ years of experience required in market intelligence, market research, or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector or other highly matrixed organization - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and turn data into compelling narratives. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, data visualization platforms). - Experience and/or certification in AI tools required.
