• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and technical staff, fostering growth across all experience levels. • Cultivate a culture of open communication, trust, and alignment with the Energy Distribution team’s vision. • Oversee project execution and quality control to ensure successful delivery of distribution projects. • Monitor group performance, employee utilization, and workload to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency. • Guide process flow development and resource planning to support operational excellence. • Serve as a client-facing leader, building strong relationships and ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and technical expertise. • Help team members connect their daily work to the broader goals of the Energy Distribution team and the organization.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred. An associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered.
- At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel, with a proven ability to lead through others and support teams across varying levels of experience.
- 8+ years of technical experience in electrical distribution systems.
- Strong background in process development and resource planning.
- Proficiency in Visio and MS Project, a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect with all levels of an organization and foster a transparent, collaborative environment.
