Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Strategic Analytics Manager to join our Product Strategy and Client Innovation team. This individual contributor role will be instrumental in transforming data into strategic insights that drive revenue growth, optimize performance, reduce client churn and clearly demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) across key initiatives. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to uncover trends, measure impact, drive commercial insights and influence data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization. What You’ll Do: - Analyze commercial performance: Evaluate sales, marketing, and customer data to identify growth opportunities, key drivers, and performance trends. - Quantify ROI: Develop robust methodologies to measure the financial impact and ROI of campaigns, partnerships, and product initiatives. - Deliver actionable insights: Translate data into clear, compelling insights that inform strategic decisions and support business cases. - Build dashboards & reports: Create dynamic visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to communicate performance and ROI metrics across teams. - Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, track outcomes, and deliver insights that influence revenue strategy. - Enhance data quality & integrity: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data used in commercial analyses. - Support forecasting & planning: Contribute to revenue projections and scenario modeling using data-driven insights. - Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing). - Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions. - Stay curious about emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance work within your function. What Success Looks Like… In 3 months… - Build a strong understanding of data sources, KPIs, reporting tools, and commercial workflows while completing foundational onboarding with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy partners. - Demonstrate increasing independence with SQL, visualization tools, and data quality checks while beginning to identify potential areas for automation or workflow improvements. - Identify at least one opportunity in your role to pilot or apply AI or automation (e.g., streamlining a task, summarizing data, generating content). In 6 months… - Independently own recurring analysis and reporting workstreams (e.g., performance dashboards, ROI assessments, KPI tracking) with high accuracy and clear storytelling in deliverables. - Partner cross-functionally to define metrics, conduct deeper commercial analyses, and translate insights into clear recommendations that support revenue and retention strategies. In 12 months… - Serve as a strategic insights partner, proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities that influence product, commercial, and retention decisions at the leadership level. - Drive measurable improvements in reporting quality, automation, and data integrity while championing the use of new AI or analytical tools across the team. What You Need: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or commercial insights roles (preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company). - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Strong understanding of ROI modeling, financial metrics, and business performance analysis. - Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable way. - Experience with statistical analysis or predictive modeling a plus (e.g., Python, R). - Strategic thinking with the ability to dive deep into data details and connect numbers to business impact. - Experience collaborating across functions to tell the story behind the data. - Passion for turning insights into measurable results. - Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows. - A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions. - Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments. - Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions. - The ability to travel periodically for work.
