Data Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability • Administer and configure web-based platforms to support business operations and customer-facing solutions • Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders • Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards • Document processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Experience with web platform administration and configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred
- Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred
