• Assist the Merchandising Managers and Director, Merchandising Operations with the development and implementation of the Welcome Home Centers (WHC’s), commercial spaces, and model homes as needed • Work with Director, Merchandising Operations and Merchandising Managers to create and ensure cohesive and consistent designs between WHC’s and models • Create WHC design presentations • Purchase, track, follow-up, and coordinate delivery of all items required for WHC’s • Coordinate WHC and model home furniture replacements, move overs, storage and consignment • Support inventory planning and allocation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize excess inventory for sales offices • Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and order fulfillment • Coordinate marketing graphics with Marketing Departments, Divisions and vendors • Provide administrative support to the merchandising team • Attend WHC and model installations as necessary • Assist on special projects as necessary • Work with IS Department and Divisions to order and coordinate installation of electronic equipment and phone/internet services for WHC’s and models where applicable

The findings of a title search and examination are needed to issue title insurance for parties acquiring an interest in said properties. Your Responsibilities on the Team - The Title Officer examines title search documents to determine the appropriate requirements to clear title, exceptions from coverage, legal description, and vested owner of subject property to be included in the title commitment. - Evaluate which documents need to be reviewed to determine the insurability of the property and the insured parties of a transaction. - Create and revise title commitment as necessary. - Verify that title insurance rates and coverage provided on the title commitment are given in accordance with instructions received by the insured parties of the transaction and in accordance with our office and underwriting guidelines. - Insure that title products are completed in a timely manner and are of the highest quality. - The examiner should determine order priority, the specific needs of our clients, and the instructions from their supervisor. - Communicate with office staff and clients regarding issues with requested title insurance coverage or defects that may impact the closing of a transaction. - Communicate to supervisors any issues that may affect the closing of a transaction and any circumstances that may lead to a client or customer dissatisfaction. - Meet and exceed the needs of our attorney clients by completing the specific tasks associated with the Title Officer position and assisting others with their duties whenever possible. Role Description The primary function of a loan closer is to send closing instructions and closing document package to a closing agent within our required time frame. All information must be reviewed for accuracy and all supporting documentation must be included. The loan closer works closely with loan processors, production staff, and closing agents to ensure that closing dates are met. Review and approval of the Closing Disclosure (“CD”) and Settlement Statement (“ALTA”) is a critical function.
