• Coordinate with mechanical design team to develop control sequences, diagrams, and points lists for mechanical systems serving both building and process systems • Coordinate with electrical design team on the development of network architectures and points lists for electrical distribution and conditioning systems • Coordinate with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) design team to coordinate structured ethernet cabling interfaces to control panels and end devices • Design resilient operational technology (OT) networks for control systems including both ethernet and serial networks utilizing various media (wireless, fiber, copper) • Develop basis of design (BOD) for building automation system (BAS), programmable logic controllers (PLC) and power monitoring system (PMS) controllers, instrumentation and software including datasheets • Develop and tailor division 23 and 25 controls, instrumentation, and cyber security technical specifications in alignment with BOD • Develop and tailor division 26 power monitoring specifications including coordination with electrical team for specification of factory-mounted systems on distribution equipment for compatibility • Familiar with modern control system protocols for BAS, EPMS, & PLC – i.e. Modbus, BACnet, EtherNet/IP, etc., along with proper applications and network requirements for specification • Verify compliance with applicable US codes and engineering standards/practices • Ability to work with templated models for system deployment, tracking and justifying all changes from client’s models • Coordinate with other disciplines as needed for a cohesive and well-coordinated design • Work flexible hours to attend project meetings/calls • Be detail-oriented and technical yet experienced enough to see the big picture • Schedule and meet budget expectations • Multi-task and be flexible, along with ability to adapt to project deadlines • Have passion and enthusiasm for design in a collaborative and progressive team-oriented work environment

Role Description I run Adcubator, a Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce clients. Every dollar we spend on ads drives traffic somewhere — and that somewhere needs to convert. Advertorials, listicles, comparison pages, product pages. These aren’t just “landing pages.” They’re the bridge between the click and the sale. We’ve built an AI-powered system (Forge + Claude + Manus) that generates these pages at scale. But the system needs a leader — someone who owns the entire landing page initiative from strategy to output. Someone who understands direct-response copy at a deep level, has already built pages with AI tools like Manus and Claude, and knows exactly what makes a comparison page on Google print money versus waste budget. You’ll lead the process. You’ll define the angles, choose the awareness levels, write the briefs, generate the pages, QA the output, and iterate based on performance. You’re not waiting for someone to hand you a spec — you’re the one deciding what gets built and why. Qualifications - Experience building pages with Manus and/or Claude. - Deep knowledge of comparison pages on Google. - Advertorial and listicle expertise. - Direct-response copywriting. - E-commerce/DTC experience. - Speed + volume. - Leadership and initiative. Requirements - Own the landing page initiative. - Lead the entire landing page production process from strategy to deployment. - Define which page types (advertorial, listicle, comparison page, product page) to build for each campaign and why. - Set up and maintain a production calendar. - Coordinate with media buyers to align page strategy with campaign objectives and audience segments. - Report on page performance and make data-driven decisions about what to iterate, kill, or scale. - Build pages with AI tools (daily). - Use Manus and Claude to generate advertorials, listicles, and comparison pages at scale. - Operate Adcubator Forge to produce page variants rapidly. - Prompt engineer: write and refine prompts that produce consistent, high-quality copy and page structures. - Edit and elevate AI output. - Produce multiple page variants per day across multiple brands and campaigns. - Write and refine direct-response copy. - Develop and maintain a swipe file of winning angles, hooks, and page structures across all clients. - Understand the difference between a comparison page that ranks and converts on Google versus one that just sits there.
