Client Experience & Lead Development Specialist

CoWorq

• Own the onboarding experience for every new client - make sure it feels top-tier from day one, not just administratively complete. • Be the friendly point of contact during onboarding, keeping clients informed and supported as they move into working with their CoWorqer • Source and build lead lists by scraping Google Maps and other platforms (outside of Apollo, which is handled separately) • Keep lead data clean and organized so it's ready to feed into outreach and the Sales Associate's pipeline work • Coordinate scheduling for the Team Architecture Session/Call between clients and the Team Architects • Capture and distribute clear recap notes after each Team Architecture Call

Job Requirements

  • Client-Facing Communication: Warm, clear, professional written and verbal English - this role represents CoWorq's first real impression for new clients (We want someone who is energetic!)
  • Research & Data Comfort: Experience or aptitude with lead-sourcing tools (Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories) and comfort with detail-heavy data entry
  • Organized & Deadline-Driven: Able to manage multiple onboarding clients and scheduling threads at once without things slipping
  • Outsourcing Industry Familiarity: Experience in a BPO, outsourcing agency, or client-success/onboarding role is a strong plus
  • CRM Comfort: Comfortable working inside a CRM platform (GHL experience is a plus!)
