Senior Sales Development Representative – high-ticket sales

• Conduct 100+ outbound cold calls daily to corporate travel managers, executives, and high-net-worth prospects. • Self-prospect and build targeted lead lists using Apollo and other databases—you take ownership of your own "top-of-funnel" strategy. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria: flight timeline (within 60 days), decision-making authority, and budget awareness. • Execute seamless handoffs by warming the lead and providing comprehensive context to the brokerage team. • Navigate complex organizations to get past gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers. • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel (GHL), logging all activities and submitting daily reports. • Meet and exceed KPIs of 8–12 live conversations per day and 4–6 qualified handoffs per week.

- Proficiency in Cold Calling: High volume (100+ dials/day) with a phone-first mentality.
- Proven experience in Lead Qualification and Objection Handling in a high-ticket environment.

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Apollo and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with the executive presence required for luxury aviation.
- Availability: Ability to work a strict 9-5 EST schedule from an offshore location.
