Role Description The U-Haul Mobile team is looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of both enterprise and customer-facing apps. - Participate in the full mobile app development lifecycle. - Develop, test, and deploy user interface, service tier, and data tier components for complex mobile apps. - Code, debug, test, and maintain apps to meet requirements. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the app. - Maintain, support, troubleshoot, monitor and optimize mobile apps. - Work with other U-Haul IT teams to design and implement quality software solutions. - Conduct peer reviews of team members’ code. Qualifications - 3+ years of professional Android development experience, building production-grade mobile applications in Kotlin. - Expertise with Jetpack Compose for state management, navigation, and theming. - Strong understanding of Android architecture best practices, including ViewModel, Navigation Component, Room, and other Jetpack libraries. - Proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow. - Experience with dependency injection, preferably Hilt (or Dagger). - Knowledge of modular app architecture and scalable code organization. - Strong background in RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, networking (Ktor/OkHttp), and handling offline-first strategies such as caching and local persistence. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git-based workflows, automated builds, testing, and deployment). - Understanding of application security best practices, including secure data storage, encryption, and network security. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning. Job Requirements

Role Description To support the Contracts Manager in all aspects in the delivery of a quality, effective cleaning service to meet contract specification and client expectation within budget. - Ensure cleaning colleagues have access to cleaning supplies, materials and equipment to deliver the required cleaning specification and these are properly used, maintained and stored. - Complete cleaning audits, any required action plans and colleague coaching to improve and maintain high standards. - Ensure compliance at all times with legal requirements such as Health & Safety at Work, accident/incident reporting etc. - Deliver induction and training and ensure all colleagues are adequately trained to complete their tasks in a safe manner and environment. - Deal with informal performance and personnel issues consistently, fairly and in line with company policy reporting any ongoing issues to the Contracts Manager and/or HR for advice and next steps. - Support the recruitment of cleaning colleagues to meet contractual requirements. - Support the scheduling of colleagues to ensure cleaning is completed to schedule and client expectation. - Comply with all company policies and processes including record keeping and reporting to fulfil due diligence. - Engage with colleagues and client stakeholders to promote strong working relationships. - Maintain positive staff attitudes and team spirit. - Fulfil any tasks/responsibilities as directed by the Contracts Manager. - Continuously train and develop your supervisory/managerial skills. - Complete any training e.g. Health & Safety, company systems and processes as directed by your line manager or senior management.
