Workstate seeks a Native Android Tech Lead to join our innovative team! In this role, you will take ownership of the development process for cutting-edge Android applications using Java and Kotlin. Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
- 5-7 years of professional Android development experience, with a strong expertise in Java and Kotlin
- In-depth understanding of Android SDK, design patterns, and mobile application architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries
- Strong proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication skills to relay technical concepts

Qualifications - Must have right to work in the UK. - Full UK driving license – a company vehicle will be provided. - Experience working in a cleaning environment. - Excellent communication skills. - An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting. - Demonstrable supervisor/team leader experience. - Previous cleaning experience required. - Hands on cleaning may be required to meet business needs.
