Runway
• Manage and grow Runway’s Applied ML Research team to create cutting-edge machine learning tools for AI-based content creation • Collaborate with the engineering organization to oversee the transition from research into production • Work with the Product team to initiate and develop research projects that deliver clear user value
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience as a research scientist in computer vision and 1+ year managing teams
- High emotional intelligence and experience mentoring and supporting the career growth of other researchers
- Good understanding of how to communicate goals, drive the execution of projects, and inspire through others
- Experience in translating product and business objectives into technical strategies
- Deep interest in productionizing state of the art ML research

Revenue Systems Enablement Manager Field/Remote Full time R22033 JOB SUMMARY: The Revenue Systems Enablement Manager supports the strategy, development, and delivery of revenue management technologies that help hotels optimize pricing and improve profitability. This role contributes to the RM Tech product roadmap and drives execution of system enhancements, rollouts, and training for franchise-facing tools, while partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and franchisees. The position also owns key operational responsibilities, including system implementation support, performance monitoring, and adoption tracking. This role exists to ensure revenue management systems are effectively deployed, utilized, and continuously improved to deliver measurable business value and support data-driven pricing decisions. Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
