• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them. • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert driving welding safety enhancements for ITW customers and apply process, product, and technical expertise to convert safety sales opportunities. • Effectively manage an assigned territory by exhibiting an 80/20 decision-making process. • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive profitable sales growth in support of the division’s Long Range and Annual Plans. • Own prospecting, target account development, and work collaboratively with sales partners to execute strategy. • Lead customer-centered discussions at each stage of the ITW Key Account Sales Process. • Present product demos and deliver consultative, value-based, solutions-focused selling approaches. • Maintain consistent communications of key activities with ITW sales leaders, regional teams, distributor partners, and key end users. • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to protect and grow ITW’s presence in the region. • Achieve revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Ensure CRM tracking of opportunities and end-user account information.

• Design and implement scalable, secure data architectures on Azure to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational systems • Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse and related services • Contribute to database designs across multiple platforms (Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB) • Optimize data storage strategies across Azure Blob Storage, Data Lake, and structured databases • Design data models and structures that enable efficient analytics and reporting • Design, develop, and maintain complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views • Implement database DevOps processes including schema versioning, deployment automation, and rollback procedures • Perform database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST requirements for PHI data • Manage database lifecycle across development, pre-production, and production environments utilizing RedGate Flyway • Design and implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources • Build event-driven data processing solutions including message producers, consumers, and workers using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and related messaging services • Integrate with external REST APIs for data ingestion and develop internal data APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) on Azure Container Apps or Functions • Develop data transformation logic and orchestration workflows • Ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage across the data platform • Integrate with Azure AI services and machine learning endpoints as needed • Review designs of Power BI solutions including semantic models, reports, & dashboards • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Optimize data structures for reporting and analytics performance • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and engineers • Contribute to data engineering best practices, standards, and patterns • Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making • Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams on platform improvements • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, performance, and reliability • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, and process flows • Document data lineage, transformation logic, and business rules • Ensure all data handling practices meet HIPAA/HITRUST compliance requirements • Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues across the platform • Provide escalation support for production incidents • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• Lead end-to-end solution design for AI use cases, from intake through implementation planning • Translate business problems into technical architectures, workflows, and system integration designs • Define solution components including data flows, APIs, integrations, and user workflows • Independently design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled solutions, particularly for LLM-driven and workflow-based use cases • Rapidly develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts to validate solution feasibility and business value • Configure and leverage enterprise AI tools to deliver solutions • Partner with stakeholders to clarify problem statements, desired outcomes, and success metrics • Contribute to and help manage the AI project pipeline and prioritization process • Design solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing operational and clinical-adjacent workflows • Ensure solutions are usable, scalable, and aligned with end-user needs • Serve as a key interface between business leaders, IT, clinical stakeholders, and vendors • Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors for fit, scalability, security, and ROI • Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams to ensure effective execution of designed solutions • Monitor performance against defined KPIs and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
