• Own and define end-to-end program management for the 50+ members of the Productivity Engineering team. • Drive complex cross-team programs such as large-scale platform migrations. • Define success through developer adoption and productivity impact. • Manage migrations as a program: develop playbooks and track progress. • Drive AI developer tooling strategy and adoption. • Own the Platform Engineering team's Roadmap and OKR planning cycles.

• Lead a team of 6-10 engineers, guiding end-to-end technical execution. • Drive technical vision and strategy across distributed systems. • Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical solutions. • Ensure secure coding practices and platform reliability. • Own architecture for large-scale systems and making critical technical decisions. • Translate railroad business requirements into scalable digital solutions. • Establish engineering best practices, observability, and technical debt management. • Demonstrate operational excellence by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues, including participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Engineering Information Management and Document Control solutions across complex enterprise environments • Architect scalable and high-performing OpenText ECM system landscapes aligned with client requirements • Design and implement integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and engineering systems (e.g., CAD, CAE, GIS, Primavera) • Configure and manage cloud-based proof-of-concept environments to support workshops and project validation phases • Act as a trusted advisor to client, translating business needs into technical solutions and influencing product improvements • Collaborate within a global, cross-functional team in a dynamic hybrid work environment
